Caroline has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker and member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the Tahoe Board of Realtors for over ten years. She is an award-winning Coldwell Banker Previews Property Expert, specializing in the finer neighborhoods of Sacramento. Caroline is President of a state-wide network of Coldwell Banker’s Elite agents known as CAN, the California Agent Network. She is also the founder of TNI, The Network Inc., a network of business professionals serving the Sacramento region. She is a Certified Residential Marketing Specialist and a Certified Residential Relocation Specialist.

Caroline has earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of California Irvine and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Investment Finance from the University of California Davis. She is one of a select few Realtors to earn e-PRO (real estate technology) certification by the National Association of REALTORS. Currently, only 1% of the nation’s 1 million Realtors are e-PRO certified. Caroline is a member of Coldwell Banker's President's Circle Elite and the Sacramento Association of Realtors Master's Club.

In addition to "living" real estate, Caroline is passionate about the environment. She is a certified EcoBroker and a respected Sacramento resource for those looking to add value to their current homes, save money on utilities, make their homes more energy efficient and eco-friendly, and generally live a "greener" lifestyle, all without sacrifice. Caroline also offers consulting services for people looking to upgrade their homes, and or lifestyles to become more eco-friendly.

Caroline believes in actively serving her community. She is a graduate of the non-profit Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy and now serves as a board member and Chairman of Recruiting. She is a past school board member at St Francis High School, Advertising Chair for the Loyola Guild and Christmas Tree Lane, and she is an active member and Lector at St Ignatius Parish. Caroline volunteers as a mentor and speaker for SAGE (Sacramento Advocates for Girls’ Empowerment) and she is a founding sponsor of SacWomen and the Sacramento Executive.
